This business provides the best custom made engagment rings, exactly the way you want it.Michelle provided absolutely the best advice and was extremely helpful every step of the way. She patiently dedicated her time to find the diamond to suit our specific requirements and budget...and not settling for second best (despite me annoyingly changing my mind a couple of times). The orders were timely with CAD drawings provided to make sure the designs were perfect.The ring turned out stunning and we are extremely happy. We ordered our ring from interstate after being referred by friends who are also their clients. Monty Adams went above and beyond to deliver on time. They are very detailed in understanding your requirements and the end product was spot on and stunning. My partners proposal plans did not work out as we had a trip booked to go to Ireland in April and he was planning to propose there with our family & friends. As covid 19 had esculated we had to cancel our trip and all jewellers closed before my partner could get a ring. He proposed on my birthday with a temporary engagement ring.I got in contact with Monty Adams and Michelle called me straight away. We had a discussion with what I had in mind and she called to my house the next day with some samples. Michelle was so supportive and guided me so well with what ring to choose. I was pretty clueless with diamonds but Michelle spent time educating me. I absolutely adore my ring and can't stop looking at it!! We chose Monty Adams as we have seen their work and the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each piece of jewellery.We have never created a bespoke piece of jewellery but Monty Adams made the process really easy.It was great working closely with Monty from the design phase to collating our requirements, reviewing CAD drawings, sampling diamonds, and then the final reveal to see the finished product.
