She never fails to follow up with us even after the lockdown for about 7 months I think. Denise was very amazing and very friendly.They gave us a competitive price (more reasonable price than other jewellers) and to think that our wedding rings are custom made:) The processing was very fast, we didn’t expect to have it earlier than expected. A wonderful service that if you’re considering, you should definitely engage.A perfect mix of casual nature, and professionalism.Our rings ended up being incredible, and they were able to use stones and gold from a family heirloom, which added to the sentiment.This is the perfect business to go to if you have an idea of what you want, but not necessarily a picture of it, and need help getting the result in your head.Having dealt with other Jewellers, I must say, that whilst they don’t advertise their service as a “budget” alternative”, they really are incredibly reasonably priced. (Think big name cookie cutter jewellers, but you’re getting a completely customised product and a face to face “jewellery concierge” service)

I contacted Monty Adams in regards to a custom made ring, Denise gave me a call and started to assist me with ring planning.The amount of chopping and changing I made was crazy! But yet she was so calm and helped with her expertise.We spoke via text, phone calls & face time. Denise at Monty Adams worked with me to create a truly beautiful, personalised engagement ring which my now fiancé loves!We have received numerous complements from family and friends on how lovely the blue sapphire with diamond halo ring looks.Denise was very polite, personable, understanding of my budget, and worked hard to find a beautiful blue saphire to be the centre-piece of the ring.The only constructive feedback I will offer is to make it clear what is and isn't included in the first invoice (e.g. That the Life Time Care plan is an additional cost, and that there are limitations to the extent of the first 3 redesigns before incurring small re-draw fees).On the whole, I would recommend Monty Adams to everyone, but particularly those who wish to make a bespoke ring at a fair and reasonable price.

This business provides the best custom made engagment rings, exactly the way you want it.Michelle provided absolutely the best advice and was extremely helpful every step of the way. She patiently dedicated her time to find the diamond to suit our specific requirements and budget...and not settling for second best (despite me annoyingly changing my mind a couple of times). The orders were timely with CAD drawings provided to make sure the designs were perfect.The ring turned out stunning and we are extremely happy. No doubt we'll come back again.

My partners proposal plans did not work out as we had a trip booked to go to Ireland in April and he was planning to propose there with our family & friends.
