Highly recommended! :)We met Denise of Monty Adams last March 2021 in a wedding expo. Since then, she helped us to choose the best wedding ring for us. She never fails to follow up with us even after the lockdown for about 7 months I think. Denise was very amazing and very friendly.They gave us a competitive price (more reasonable price than other jewellers) and to think that our wedding rings are custom made:) The processing was very fast, we didn’t expect to have it earlier than expected. And they resize my engagement ring for free!:) Thank you so much again Monty Adams especially Denise for being part on our wedding preparation. :)

A wonderful service that if you’re considering, you should definitely engage.A perfect mix of casual nature, and professionalism.Our rings ended up being incredible, and they were able to use stones and gold from a family heirloom, which added to the sentiment.This is the perfect business to go to if you have an idea of what you want, but not necessarily a picture of it, and need help getting the result in your head.Having dealt with other Jewellers, I must say, that whilst they don’t advertise their service as a “budget” alternative”, they really are incredibly reasonably priced. (Think big name cookie cutter jewellers, but you’re getting a completely customised product and a face to face “jewellery concierge” service)

I contacted Monty Adams in regards to a custom made ring, Denise gave me a call and started to assist me with ring planning.The amount of chopping and changing I made was crazy! But yet she was so calm and helped with her expertise.We spoke via text, phone calls & face time. She did not for one second make me think that she forgot me always with constant updates.I just received my ring and it’s absolutely stunning. The make the feeling everything is perfect she also took a ring of mine to match my size which was amazing.I can not thank the team at Monty Adams enough.This review is only for 1 ring I am planning to get another ring band. Denise at Monty Adams worked with me to create a truly beautiful, personalised engagement ring which my now fiancé loves!We have received numerous complements from family and friends on how lovely the blue sapphire with diamond halo ring looks.Denise was very polite, personable, understanding of my budget, and worked hard to find a beautiful blue saphire to be the centre-piece of the ring.The only constructive feedback I will offer is to make it clear what is and isn't included in the first invoice (e.g. That the Life Time Care plan is an additional cost, and that there are limitations to the extent of the first 3 redesigns before incurring small re-draw fees).On the whole, I would recommend Monty Adams to everyone, but particularly those who wish to make a bespoke ring at a fair and reasonable price.

Absolutely superb craftsmanship and customer service by the team at Monty. This business provides the best custom made engagment rings, exactly the way you want it.Michelle provided absolutely the best advice and was extremely helpful every step of the way. She patiently dedicated her time to find the diamond to suit our specific requirements and budget...and not settling for second best (despite me annoyingly changing my mind a couple of times). The orders were timely with CAD drawings provided to make sure the designs were perfect.The ring turned out stunning and we are extremely happy. No doubt we'll come back again.

We had a very pleasant experience with Monty Adams. We ordered our ring from interstate after being referred by friends who are also their clients. Monty Adams went above and beyond to deliver on time. They are very detailed in understanding your requirements and the end product was spot on and stunning. A year later we needed the ring resized and again they were very accommodating of our short trip to Sydney and made it happen so seamlessly.We shopped around for jewellers before deciding to go with Monty Adams and our experience has been that they value their client's trust and make a genuine effort to make sure they deliver the best experience.Highly recommend having a chat with them if you're in the market for high quality jewellery!

I cannot thank the team at Monty Adams enough for my beautiful engagement ring. My partners proposal plans did not work out as we had a trip booked to go to Ireland in April and he was planning to propose there with our family & friends. As covid 19 had esculated we had to cancel our trip and all jewellers closed before my partner could get a ring. He proposed on my birthday with a temporary engagement ring.I got in contact with Monty Adams and Michelle called me straight away. We had a discussion with what I had in mind and she called to my house the next day with some samples. Michelle was so supportive and guided me so well with what ring to choose. I was pretty clueless with diamonds but Michelle spent time educating me. I absolutely adore my ring and can't stop looking at it!! I am so IN LOVE with my earrings!Myself and 2 friends decided to gift ourselves a pair of diamond earrings for our 40th birthday. We chose Monty Adams as we have seen their work and the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each piece of jewellery.We have never created a bespoke piece of jewellery but Monty Adams made the process really easy.It was great working closely with Monty from the design phase to collating our requirements, reviewing CAD drawings, sampling diamonds, and then the final reveal to see the finished product. Jacqui came to our house for the initial consultation which made it very convenient with our busy schedules whilst planning our big day. She also dropped the rings off to us when they were ready. The quality and price was much more affordable than what we had been quoted from other jewellers. Jacqui and Adam also ensured our rings were both ready with short notice for our wedding day.
